  I've dealt with them for years, purchasing Stihl produts and all my needed parts. I took a Stihl blower there weeks ago for service (that I bought from them), and still not ready, because I'm sure they look after the "mower guys" first. I had to wait at least 2 weeks last year on a Stihl trimmer out of season. So, two out of two...their service time is terrible,and I guess it's down to Sain Hardware in Lincolnton from no on where they look after the homeowners.
